We are a unique but traditional 9 hole (4961 yard par 66) parkland golf club. Our mature setting, landscaping, trees and a number of natural water features combined with bunkers that provide a good variety of hazards to test the skills of golfers of all levels.

The 50 acre golf course is set within 250 acres of beautiful and tranquil countryside adjoining the award winning Plassey Leisure Park at Eyton on the outskirts of Wrexham in North Wales.

The course was originally designed by Keith Williams coach to Ian Woosnam and is affiliated to both the Denbighshire and Welsh Golfing Unions. Over the past 20 years the course has matured nicely and is in excellent condition. Our facilities include a modern clubhouse with bar and restaurant, changing rooms, putting green, driving range, practice nets and an additional 9 hole Par 3 course. 

Whether you are new to the game of golf, or an experienced player looking to become a member of a local golf club then Plassey Golf Club offer a range of excellent facilities for all.

Unlike some golf clubs, we at Plassey Golf Club believe that 'Your Golf' should be competitive but at the same time enjoyable and relaxing, and the golf course should never be over played. Most tee times are usually available especially mid week - and to book just call us on 01978 780 020 and we would be delighted to do this for you.

Plassey Golf Club has been under the direct management of The Plassey (www.plassey.com) owner Mr John Brookshaw since February '12, who has already invested in a programme of improvements to the Golf Course, the Clubhouse, and the general facilities offered - please see "Course Developments" section of the website for further details.

Recent improvements include the new 5th Green that opened on 4th August 2012 to coincide with our special Platinum 20th Anniversary celebrations. The Clubhouse has recently undergone a refurbishment, and our facilities now include newly installed practice nets which complement our Driving Range.
